Printing Technologies

To cater the diverse requirements of our clients, we wisely sourced all the Printing Technologies from various reputed companies in the world. We have installed a range of printing techniques ranging from simple to sophisticated and conventional to advance and grown remarkably with the development in the industry. We get these printing technologies upgraded at regular intervals as per the best available technology in present time.

Flexo (Water and UV based)

Flexography printing is considered as the advanced version of letterpress printing and is suitable for printing on any type of substrate including metallic films, plastic, paper and cellophane. This type of printing technique is especially devised for printing on the non-porous substrates used in food packaging and for printing solid colors.

We provide two types of flexography printing techniques, which includes water based printing and UV based printing.

Gravure (Solvent and UV based)

The gravure printing technology available with us helps us in producing detailed and fine images that are used for both long or short run printing. This type of printing technique is used while bulk printing.

Letter Press

The letter press printing technique is the conventional method in which images are printed using relief type printing plates. The image or text that is to be printed is raised above the surface. This type of printing technique supports clear multicolor printing and is mainly used while printing business cards, letter heads, bill heads and posters.

A combination of Flexo and Gravure

A unique combination of Flexo & Gravure printing technology is also installed at our facility. This provides us the advantages of both the printing techniques flexography and gravure and stand out with efficiency to meet the requirements of clients in labeling and packaging industry.

This technique is suitable for printing on materials such as plastic, aluminum, paperboard, copper plate paper and laminates.

Hot Foil & Cold Foil

The hot foil stamping uses the combination of heat & pressure to apply pre-printed graphics permanently on the surface and in cold foil a metallic foil is printed using a lithographic adhesive.

This type of stamping is moisture and chemical resistant and are suitable in situations where metallic colors are used.

We offer emboss printing facility with foil stamping. This type of printing is suitable where paper surface or any other substrate is required to be printed with a three dimensional or raised effect. We use two types of dies one is raised and the other one that is recessed.
